OUR STORY

AVON INTERNATIONAL along with Avon Electrical Supplies and its other affiliated companies merged with WESCO DISTRIBUTION, INC., in January 1998.

Avon International was formed in December 1984 with the intent to continue the cornerstone philosophy this time geared to the special requirements of the buyer of construction materials, for use outside of the U.S.A.

Construction companies working on the Specified projects from China to Saudi Arabia, oil and gas companies buying for refineries in North Africa to the Caribbean Islands, copper companies from Zambia to Chile have come to depend upon AVON for price, availability, technical support and logistical support.

Our international clients are supported with highly experienced export service staff-project management, traffic, export documentation - as well as an enhanced engineering organization in recognition of the more critical logistical and scheduling aspects of international construction projects.
